Returns are simple: unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and requested within 30 days of delivery.
Opened products
Because supplements and beauty formulas are personal-use products, opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email hello@sacrahaus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund approved claims.
Refund timing
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies by card issuer.
