Shilajit is a tar-like exudate that seeps from rock layers in the Himalayas, Altai and Caucasus mountains during warm months. It is the slow product of plant matter decomposed under pressure for centuries.
It is rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, and a broad spectrum of trace minerals. Ayurveda places it in the highest class of rasayanas.
How it works in the body
Fulvic acid acts as a mineral carrier and electron donor. Trace minerals support enzymatic systems. Studies suggest mitochondrial and testosterone support in men.

Honest answers
- Resin or capsule?
- Resin is traditional and tends to be more potent per mg. Capsule is easier. Both work — purity matters more than form.
